NOTE: There is an age limit for the student divisions. Participants must not have reached their 20th birthday prior to December 1 of 2017. Thus, a participant who will be 20 years old or older on December 1, 2017, is not eligible to apply in either student division

Chamber Ensemble

  • Ensembles should consist of 4-6 members
  • Preliminary: 8-10 minutes of music, including one transcription and one original work. Please choose complete movements rather than incomplete sections
  • Final: 14-16 minutes of music (not performed in preliminary round)

Orchestra - Tuba

  • Judges will determine the number of rounds and select from the following

Registration in competitions will be through the online system at iteaonline.org. 

Fees: $25 for each competition entered, except for chamber ensemble $40 for group. 


 

The deadline for entering competitions is February 15, 2017.
